Job Summary
This role will lead a broad set of financial responsibilities including assisting in the month end close process, reporting, and audits.
Support the monthly payroll process for RTX accounting ledger, preparing and posting complex journal entries, and completing account reconciliations.
Focus on process improvement and alignment across Strategic Business Units (SBU’s) to drive accuracy and efficiency and cultivate a culture focused on controls and compliance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration or related field and at least 5 years relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 3 years’ experience
At least 3 years’ experience with Payroll Accounting
At least 3 years’ experience with monthly payroll process, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, SAP and Blackline
