Job Summary

  • As an Engagement Manager, you will be the key player on a team that guides customers through the solution delivery and deployment lifecycle.
  • You will be the Workday leader ultimately responsible for managing the Customer experience through deployments.
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices and assist in the transition of the customer from Professional Services to Product Support.

  • Experience in professional services consulting or customer support
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
