Job Summary
Own the day-to-day vendor contracts and procurement workflow for the Legal team, serving as the subject matter expert for the contract lifecycle management system.
Play a central role in two major platform build-outs: the migration of approximately 65,000 agreements, and the evaluation and implementation of an AI-assisted contract redlining and e-signature tool.
Partner with Legal Ops to develop and refine contract playbooks, standard templates, and pre-approved fallback language for the highest-volume contract types.
