Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC/R system operation and maintenance
Facility equipment troubleshooting and repair
Preventive and repair work order execution
Use of CMMS systems such as Corrigo
Electrical and plumbing systems maintenance
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel
Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
Strong multi-skilled technical expertise
Ability to perform facility inspections and due diligence

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
Minimum four years technical building engineering experience
Valid state driver’s license
