Job Summary
This role will play a critical part in shaping the future design and modernization of Ralliant’s global compensation programs—ensuring our compensation infrastructure is accurate, efficient, scalable, and compliant.
The Compensation Partner will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation decisions, advise on internal equity and market competitiveness, and support the consistent application of compensation principles across the organization.
Monitor pay equity, pay transparency requirements, and global regulatory developments—including U.S. state pay transparency and EU Pay Transparency—ensuring compliance with Ralliant’s compensation philosophy.
