Job Summary

• The Learning and Development Specialist is crucial in supporting RRD's training and development initiatives and will primarily focus on manufacturing training and apprenticeship programs.
• This key role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our standardized offerings as well as assisting local leadership with coordinating training that may include classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
