Freenow is seeking a Head of Fintech Products to lead their product strategy for their European marketplace. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product development within the fintech sector, particularly in online payment systems, and will be responsible for driving commercial impact and optimizing user experiences across multiple countries

Job Summary

  • Own the entire FinTech product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our high-scale European Marketplace across 9+ countries, acting as the commercial and technical owner of the full monetary lifecycle.
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on payment flows, fraud prevention, and complex European fiscal/invoicing regulations (e.g., VAT), ensuring domain compliance and state of the art experience.
  • Lead three distinct Product teams to deploy cutting-edge, innovative features that maximize conversion and provide a seamless, trustworthy user experience.
