  • The Metallurgical Laboratory Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the metallurgical and materials testing laboratory to ensure compliance with GE Aerospace quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory/industry specifications.
  • This role oversees laboratory personnel, ensures accuracy and integrity of all metallurgical evaluations, and supports production, Quality, Engineering, and Turbine Airfoils Value stream teams with a timely and reliable technical data.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience
  • 3 years of Metallurgical or Materials testing experience on castings and ceramics
  • 7+ years of experience in Metallurgical or Materials testing laboratories (Aerospace preferred)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to prove status of a U.S. Person
