Base: $212,000–$317,000; Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards package including health, PTO, retirement, and stock purchase plan

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or chemistry
Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred
10+ years progressive R&D leadership experience
Experience with bioprocessing or regulated medical devices
