The Oklahoma Military Department is seeking a Construction/Maintenance Administrator III to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of construction and maintenance activities for state-owned properties. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in construction and maintenance, including supervisory skills, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and managing budgets

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate and direct overall activities related to the construction, renovation, maintenance and repair of state-owned, Oklahoma Military Department-operated buildings, facilities, grounds and equipment.
  • This role involves managing and supervising construction/maintenance technicians and licensed trades specialists in both new construction/renovation and the upkeep of existing state properties.
  • Requires frequent travel within and without the State and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Requirements

  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
  • T1 security clearance
