The Head of AML & CTF Compliance will lead the firm’s AML/CFT compliance framework, ensuring effective systems, controls, governance, and reporting in line with Irish and EU regulations.
This role offers direct access to senior management and the board, authority to escalate issues independently, and the opportunity to influence compliance beyond AML.

Irish and EU AML/CFT legislation knowledge

Experience as PCF-52 with VASP
Knowledge of MiFID II/Market Abuse Directive

Key Requirements
Pre-Approval Controlled Function (PCF-52) designation
