We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst who will provide Level 2 Support to customers, resolving technical issues and error messages encountered in a live production environment.
You must be aware of the end-to-end billing, rating and provisioning flow, with good knowledge of network components integration and their respective functionalities.
This role requires working in different business times, on-call 24/7, and potentially occasional travel to customer sites.
