  • Own and evolve the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Customer Success and Professional Services platforms, ensuring alignment with business strategy, operational priorities, and customer outcomes.
  • Act as the primary product partner for Customer Success, Professional Services, Operations, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
