Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, painting, electrical, and control systems.
Maintain and repair building structure, hardware, and various vehicles, and operate equipment such as forklifts and hand tools.
Support event set-up and tear down, including assisting with load-in, set-up, and load-out of events and handling clients' contractual electric service needs.
