Must-have
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree
5+ years in threat intelligence role
Leadership experience managing teams
Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework
Experience with TIPs, SIEMs, and EDRs
Nice-to-have
Work experience in medical device industry
Ability to translate technical info to business terms
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Experience with dark web monitoring
Certifications like CISSP or OSCP
