Job Summary
As a customer service representative, you will provide service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while also supporting our e-commerce platform.
Your daily tasks will involve customer contact via phone, email, and chat for complaints, returns, and delivery inquiries, as well as registering cases and processing orders.
We are looking for individuals with a high level of service, good administrative skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, with knowledge or interest in food and beverages being a plus.
