Job Summary
The College of Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Medical Center seeks applicants for Veterinary Customer Service Specialists with the Small Animal Reception team.
Duties include responding to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in professional manner, answering and directing internal and external calls appropriately, and creating accurate day-to-day admitting information through hospital computer system.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to provide excellent front-line client services to support clients, customers, clinicians, and care-giving colleagues.
