Job Summary

  • The College of Veterinary Medicine, Veterinary Medical Center seeks applicants for Veterinary Customer Service Specialists with the Small Animal Reception team.
  • Duties include responding to routine, complex and medical emergency situations in professional manner, answering and directing internal and external calls appropriately, and creating accurate day-to-day admitting information through hospital computer system.
  • The successful candidates will have the opportunity to provide excellent front-line client services to support clients, customers, clinicians, and care-giving colleagues.
