The Customer Quality Representative (CQR) is responsible for supporting pre-delivery activities for all products delivered from the Mirabel site.
Key responsibilities include receiving units from operations, validating customer complaint anomalies, and ensuring all open points on the unit are closed.
The role requires supporting weekly customer quality reviews and daily calls, and providing coaching to production on corrective and preventive measures.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Quality and/or aeronautical assembly
College Diploma in Aeronautics or equivalent experience
