Base: $107,135.00 - $198,965.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives available; Benefits: Health insurance, wellness program, life/disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10-15 years experience in themed entertainment
Environmental design expertise required
Live entertainment and character design skills
Strong graphic layout and presentation abilities
Ability to manage high complexity design projects
Nice-to-have
3D modeling experience is a plus
Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred
Familiarity with emerging technologies

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in entertainment, art, or related field
