Job Summary

• Works as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, and promote sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities.
• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service. Responsible for correctly labeling Gaylords. Ensures that a receipt is offered to each donor, regardless of the size of the donation.
