  • Knowledge of Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services
  • Knowledge of Networking Protocols (Layers 1,2, & 3)
  • Knowledge of Customer Premise Equipment (voice & data)
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts
  • Knowledge of E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures
