Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's in architecture, engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with BIM software, scanning tools, and digital operations
  • 10+ years of BIM/VDC leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings
  • 5+ years of experience working in a multi-project, multi-disciplinary organization
  • Experience implementing owner-side digital delivery requirements
  • Experience with lifecycle digital handover
  • Experience with ISO 19650 concepts
  • Experience mentoring teams
  • Experience communicating technical requirements
  • Experience operating as an owner-side authority
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
