Job Summary

  • The Banking Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying, communicating, and correcting missing or erroneous deposit transactions, as well as resolving customer deposit complaints timeously to improve and uphold a positive customer experience and protect and support revenue growth in the business.
  • Key responsibilities include accurate sourcing of statement data, timeous resolution of escalations/queries, and accurate and timeous capturing of manual credits to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
  • The role requires investigating and highlighting problematic processors/systems, building relationships with internal and external teams, and communicating changes in process or notifications from processors or banks.
