Responsibilities include supporting and maintaining a safe and emotionally supportive environment, creating and executing lesson plans that align with school day learning, and collaborating with youth on a youth-driven curriculum.
The program operates Monday through Friday afternoons until 6 p.m., with holidays, summers, and weekends off, and requires the ability to reliably commute to Richmond.
