The Commercial Development Program is a premier 2.5-year development track designed to build long-term commercial leadership roles within GE Appliances.
Participants will manage significant retail and contract portfolios ranging from $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 while gaining cross-commercial experience at headquarters.
Upon completion of rotations, participants interview for field-based Area Sales Manager positions located across the U.S. with relocation assistance provided.
