Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong Python experience
Generative AI and Agentic frameworks
Production experience with RAG and vector databases
ML engineering and MLOps expertise
AWS and Infrastructure as Code
CI/CD pipelines and automation
AI evaluation and security practices
Nice-to-have
Lead with empathy and technical excellence
Foster inclusive and psychologically safe culture
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Balance pragmatism with engineering excellence
Coach and mentor engineering teams
Key Requirements
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen
Hands-on with Pinecone or Weaviate vector databases
Familiarity with CloudFormation or CDK
Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
