Job Summary

  • This role holds full responsibility for defining and executing manufacturing strategy while overseeing all Fab operations to ensure stable 24/7/365 performance.
  • The position is accountable for continuously improving Productivity, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQDC) through effective production planning and capacity management.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to conduct business in English with global stakeholders and overseas Fabs equivalent to TOEIC 800 or higher.
