Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience leading technical teams
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a technical individual contributor
  • Minimum of 15 years' progressive engineering experience (in lieu of bachelor's)
  • Certified Quality Engineer certification with significant engineering work history
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a regulated industry
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
