You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
The role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment management, care planning, and budget functions to support resident care and facility operations.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in state
CPR certification
Nursing Degree from accredited college
2+ years experience in long-term care

Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
