Job Summary

  • As a key member of the RBC Capital Markets COO Office Trade Expense Management team, you will be responsible for analyzing, processing, and reporting on trade execution fees and other related expenses to improve cost transparency and identify savings opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product Control team to redesign current process between accruals and allocations for multiple asset class and support month-end, quarter-end and year end close processes and attestations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 3-5 years of experience in Capital Markets, Securities Trading, Brokerage
  • Experience with financial control frameworks and processes
  • Knowledge of global providers of 3rd party trade execution services
  • Understanding of Capital Markets organizational structure
  • Familiarity with Capital Markets products and supporting systems
  • Understanding of accounting procedures and systems
