Own day-to-day technical execution and engineering rigor, defining and enforcing engineering practices like coding standards, PR/review quality bar, and branching strategy.
Post-release, drive reliability and performance tuning, manage technical debt, and improve observability to support ongoing stability of agentic behaviors in production.
