Manages the Utility Plant Operations, including the day-to-day activities of the Central Heating Plant and steam distribution operations, as well as oversight for other utilities on campus.
Oversees the operation & maintenance of the central steam plant and steam distribution systems, responsible for staffing, management of staff, and operations related to day-to-day operations and maintenance programs.
Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including boiler inspections, emissions standards, and safety codes pertaining to pressure vessels.
