Job Summary

• Responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks including general mechanical, electrical, AC, plumbing and carpentry repairs, maintaining and repairing the physical structure of buildings and grounds, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assists with set up of campus events and internal building and office relocations to include moving furniture and equipment, and operates light equipment and vehicles.
