Job Summary

  • The HR Operations Manager leads HR assessments and HR strategy, coordinates recruitment and develops robust systems, policies, and practices on people management.
  • This role develops, manages, and coordinates the overall functioning of administrative support systems for the Business Unit as well as service providers which includes office management, facilities management, development and maintenance of policies and procedures, travel, and staff management.
  • Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.
