Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Executive/ Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing Federal agency customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
