Job Summary
The Mine Site Safety Manager is responsible for leading the safety and health functions at the Stillwater and East Boulder Mines, ensuring a safe and environmentally conscious setting for all employees.
Responsibilities include continued successful development and implementation of the Sibanye-Stillwater Occupational Health and Safety Management System, departmental and organizational vision, and enforcing safety and health compliance.
This position interfaces with regulatory agencies at the local and district level on a consistent basis and is an integral part of the site senior leadership team.
