This role involves processing incoming and outgoing communications while monitoring GPS, Epic, Fleetmatics, phones, local EMS, traffic, and weather conditions.
The position requires receiving records, assessing urgency, and coordinating all transportation arrangements for critical care patients.
Employees work an average of three 12-hour shifts per week on a rotating day/evening/night schedule including weekends and holidays.
