Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years of facilities experience
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems knowledge
Life safety and fire protection systems expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience with wastewater treatment systems
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Familiarity with CMMS software
Reverse Osmosis/Deionization water systems experience
Dock door repair knowledge
Key Requirements
High School Diploma
Shelby County Boiler License
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
