** Sunnysidehcc is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality care for residents. Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety, and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect.
  • Assists the DON in the design, implementation and evaluation of nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintains and promotes resident rights.
