The role involves implementing well-being initiatives, engaging families and communities, and collaborating with teams to foster a nurturing residential environment
Job Summary
The role involves leading initiatives to strengthen scholars' mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing within a secure residential environment.
Candidates will design workshops on mindfulness and self-care while partnering with families and community stakeholders to build a support ecosystem.
The position requires flexibility to work Monday to Thursday evenings between 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., including Sunday evenings.
