Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years software engineering experience
5+ years Principal or Lead Engineer role
Expert proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++
Deep experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Design of distributed systems for high throughput
Nice-to-have
Experience with Stripe or Metronome billing providers
Background in AI/ML model serving infrastructure
Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions
