Job Summary

• Serve as a key strategic partner and important voice within the business, providing essential legal advice and support on commercial initiatives and debit transactions for the Pulse Network and Discover Network.
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, advise on issuer and acquirer relationships, and support new product initiatives and innovation across the Pulse and Discover Networks.
• This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in-person at one of the listed offices, and is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.

Key Requirements

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school
• Active member of at least one state bar
• 6+ years attorney experience
• 7+ years attorney experience preferred
