Job Summary

  • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per physician treatment plan, recording daily notes and weekly progress.
  • Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning the treatment area, and participate in patient care conferences as needed.
  • Instruct patient families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge, and report equipment issues.
