Base: $180k - $220k; Bonus/Equity: Production bonus + DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program; Benefits: 401k retirement savings plan with company match, Health, dental, vision, life insurance, mental health resources, Generous paid time off and holidays
