Must-have
3-5 years real estate accounting experience
CAM accounting principles expertise
FASB 13 lease accounting standards knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
MRI or Yardi software experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 3-5 years hands-on Real Estate Accounting experience

CPA certification or actively pursuing licensure (Preferred)
