Salary
Base: $128,000-$160,000 (CT/NY); $129,000-$161,000 (NJ); Bonus: Eligible per incentive plan; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards Program included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in accounting required
7 years professional experience in P&C insurance
Leading teams in controller capacity
Advanced knowledge of reinsurance operations
Strong insurance-technical accounting expertise
Nice-to-have
CPA certification preferred
Re/insurance professional designation (ARe, CPCU)
Experience with offshore management resources
Ability to thrive in dynamic transformational environment
