This role is responsible for managing and leading key quality programs involving multiple functions and teams to promote quality culture and drive quality improvements, assessing risks, and developing mitigation strategies of Poly Video/Audio/Voice Products.
The role directs program strategy, budgets, resource allocation, and general requirements, while ensuring alignment with the business unit's strategy.
Actively manages product quality performance after mass production, and regularly provides the Quality Dashboard to management teams.
