The primary purpose of this position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines.
The role requires the ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and possess a working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Employees must ensure that resident charts are properly completed, assembled, coded, signed, indexed, and filed while maintaining strict confidentiality under HIPAA.

Must-have
