Job Summary
This role is the financial lead for Engineering, Product, and G&A organizations, with a clear mandate to drive financial discipline through planning, forecasting, and reporting, while improving operational efficiency in headcount and vendor spend.
You will run a tight operating cadence across R&D and G&A: budget vs. actuals (BvA) rigor, bottoms-up workforce planning, and building scalable tooling and processes that keep teams moving fast while staying inside the company’s spend and cash guardrails.

Base: $180,000 - $210,000; Bonus/Equity: Equity included; Benefits: Inclusive Healthcare Package, Learn and Grow, Flexible Time Off, WFH budget
