Job Summary
Directly responsible for lens shaping/assemble technology/process during XR product NPI and MP phase, including new process machine introduction and customer demand prototyping.
In-charge of process/machine qualification of lens shaping/assemble process with MBO outcomes and enhancement of E2E process know-how.
Drive process implementation, stabilization, and improvement for higher FPY and OEE, while supporting PRO for shop floor improvements and cost-down activities.
